My name is JodieLeigh.

I am the founder and creator of Jojo's EZ Catering.

Why did I decide to start a catering business? Well, because I have a few passions in life, Cooking, Creating, Caring and Children.

I have found through the years that I have a creative mind, not to mention I have always been told you can do anything you set your mind too. Well, I have enjoyed different departments of art...such as drawing, graphic designing, singing, writing and cooking.

Yes, cooking is a art. You are using your hands, eyes, mind to create food and dishes to satisfy the taste of the mouth and warm the hearts of those who appreciate it.

My father Jerry DeWitt loved to cook. Although he loved to eat, his enjoyment was seeing other people enjoying and eating his food. And let me tell you, it was GOOD!!

I can't think of anyone who did NOT like his cooking. My father was the one who was in charge of the holiday and family and friends gatherings. He was the one who did all the cooking. He loved it and we loved him for doing it. Let's just say, looking back now, my dad was the glue to the family.

I have heard my father say several times how he would like to own his own restaurant or even a catering business...But that was before he fell ill and developed Diabetes and lost his fight and passed away in 2008.
